In a flash flood warning just after 8 p.m., the National Weather Service said 6 inches of rain had fallen in areas of Chapel Hill. As of 9:20 p.m., crews were evacuating some units that flooded in the Camelot Village apartments in the 100 block of S. Estes Drive, according to Chapel Hill Police
